Gynecologist and Medical Director

Josep Obradors graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Barcelona, specialising in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. He has over 35 years’ medical experience, which means he has accompanied over 25,000 couples during pregnancy and the birth of their children. His professional career in Figueres is widely acknowledged.

He was Head of the Obstetrics and Gynaecology Service at Figueres Hospital from 1985-1991; Attending specialist doctor at the Josep Trueta Provincial Hospital in Girona from 1991-2009, and also the Gynaecological Laparoscopy Surgery Unit Coordinator at the Josep Trueta Hospital from 1994-2006.

He was also appointed Chairman of the Obstetrics and Gynaecology Section from the province of Girona of the Medical Sciences Academy of Catalonia and the Balearic Islands from 1997-2002.

He has worked in his consulting room in Figueres and at the Clinica Santa Creu.

Nowadays, Dr. Josep Obradors is the Medical Director of FIV Obradors and will assist you in the initial diagnostic medical visits and during the moments of the process in which you need your intervention.
